摘要
民族地区学前教育事业发展与幼儿师资有密切关系。作为地处民族地区的高校在学前教育专业人才培养上应充分考虑地区学前教育情况,围绕本土化培养。为此,民族地区高校可以通过明确学前教育专业人才培养目标;开设学前教育民族班,设置相关课程;开展院地合作,提高学生实践能力等本土化培养措施切实为民族地区培养专业的幼儿师资队伍,促进民族地区学前教育事业可持续发展。
The development of preschool education in ethnic areas is closely related to preschool teachers.Colleges and universities located in ethnic areas should give full consideration to the regional preschool education situation and focus on localized training in the training of preschool education professionals.Therefore,colleges and universities in ethnic areas can clarify the training objectives of preschool education professionals,open ethnic classes for preschool education,set up relevant courses,take local training measures such as college-local cooperation and improving students’practical ability to effectively cultivate professional preschool teachers for ethnic areas and promote the sustainable development of preschool education in ethnic areas.
