摘要
螺纹连接是汽车制造中使用最为广泛的一种连接方式,螺纹连接的可靠性决定了汽车的功能,甚至人员的人身安全。如何确保螺纹连接的可靠性,成为汽车制造过程中必须重点考虑的问题。螺纹连接有多种不同的失效缺陷(粘滑、卡滞等),这些缺陷无法通过人工目视检查出来,普通拧紧工具也无法识别。但拧紧过程中拧紧曲线的特征可以用来识别螺纹连接的缺陷,阐述了几种主要缺陷的拧紧曲线特性,其他制造企业可以参考,检出隐藏缺陷,快速分析根本原因。并且为实施拧紧曲线监控,自动识别报警提供理论基础。
Threaded joint is one of the most widely used connection mode in automobile manufacturing.The reliability of the threaded joint determines the function of the vehicle and even the safely of human life.How to ensure of the reliability of threaded joint become an important issue in automobile manufacturing.The threaded joint have many failure defects(stick-slip,clamping stagnation)that can’t be detected by manual inspection and common tightening tools.But the characteristics of the tightening curve can be used to identify the defects,so the tightening curve of several major defects are described in the paper,other manufacturing enterprise can refer to detect hidden defects and quickly find the cause.It also provides a theoretical basis for implementation of tightening curve monitoring and automatic identification and alarm.
