新形势下我国机床行业发展现状与问题思考

Development status and problems of China’s machine tool industry under new situation

装备制造业是国之重器,是实体经济的重要组成部分。机床是装备制造业的基础,是生产装备的装备,被称为“工业母机”。当前,我国经济发展面临的国际环境和国内条件都发生了深刻复杂变化,机床行业处于下行通道,行业发展面临巨大挑战。在总结新形势下机床行业发展现状的基础上,分析了我国机床行业当前发展存在的问题,并提出了建设创新性科研平台、强化绩效考评、鼓励国产化应用、加强基础共性技术研究及加大知识产权保护等5点建议。

The equipment manufacturing industry is the national pillar and one of the important part of the real economy.Machine tool as the“industrial mother machine”is the basis of equipment manufacturing.Nowadays,with the international environment becoming more complicated,China’s industry development is facing great challenge,and machine tool industry is in the downward channel.This paper summarized the current situation of the development of machine tool industry under the new situation,and analyzed the problems existing in the development of the current machine tool industry.Five suggestions on machine tool industry development were put forward,such as building innovative research platform,strengthening performance evaluation,encouraging domestic application,strengthening basic common technology research and strengthening intellectual property protection.
