湖北武陵山特困地区职业教育精准脱贫需求调查及对策研究

Investigation and Countermeasures Research on Vocational Education Needs for Targeted Poverty Alleviation in Wulingshan Destitute Area in Hubei

文章以实地考察、问卷调查、深度访谈等方式,对湖北武陵山特困地区职业教育精准脱贫需求进行了调研,针对该地区职业教育在精准扶贫、乡村振兴等系列发展战略实施中所存在的区域发展服务力不足、毕业生输出质量不高、教育教学软实力不强等问题提出了建议,对湖北省完善特困地区职业教育精准脱贫相关政策和拟定“十四五”职业教育发展规划具有借鉴意义和参考价值。

It investigates vocational education needs for Targeted Poverty Alleviation in Wulingshan destitute area by field investigations,questionnaire surveys,in-depth interviews and other methods.Suggestions have been made for service capacity deficiency of regional development,low quality of the graduates and the weakness of education soft power existing in a series of development strategies of vocational education in this area,such as Targeted Poverty Alleviation and Rural Revitalization.It provides significant reference to improve relevant Targeted Poverty Alleviation policies of vocational education and to draw up the vocational education development plan of 14th Five Year Plan for Hubei Province.
