It is apparent that the rapid development of mobile technology and its application in college teaching have brought tremendous changes to college students'study and life. The study is no longer confined to the single model of face-to-face teaching. They can learn on their own with the support of mobile technology. It is clear that students'situation and ability of self-regulated learning supported by mobile technology are emphasized. The survey utilizes a questionnaire to investigate state of students'autonomous learning supported by mobile technology. It is easy to find that factor affecting the ability of autonomous learning may include students, teachers, parents, colleges, design of mobile learning platform, network resources, network environment and network charges. The paper tries to recommend that students'self-regulated learning ability should be continuously enhanced based on students'information literacy, hardware equipment, network charge, design layout and learning operation of the mobile platform.Clearly,it is essential to have software and hardware facilities, which are supported by mobile technology. Also,it seems that parents'attitude to the students'self-regulated learning is needed to be emphasized.
