随着网络金融平台的繁荣与发展,校园贷凭借其便捷和高效等优势,在大学生群体之中飞速发展,在校园贷迅猛发展的过程中,因运营不够规范,产生了暴力催收等一系列社会问题,引起相关管理部门的高度重视,并相继出台多项措施对校园贷清理整治。基于金融杠杆相关理论,对恶意校园贷的常见类型、成因和所伴生的问题进行分析,以期全面提高对恶意校园贷的认识,加强金融行业监管体系建设,完善金融企业的制度和法规,明确学校为监管第一责任人,并对恶意校园贷的治理提出对策和建议。

With the prosperity and development of the network financial platform,the campus loan has developed rapidly among college students with its advantages of convenience and high efficiency.In the process of rapid development of the campus loan,a series of social problems such as violent collection have arisen due to the non-standard operation.Then,the campus loan has also attracted the attention of relevant administrative departments.Meanwhile,some measures have been introduced to clean up and rectify the campus loan.Based on the theory of financial leverage,the paper tries to analyze the common types,causes and problems of malicious campus loans.The aim is to offer some countermeasures and recommendations on governance of malicious campus loans.Also,it is essential to strengthenconstruction of financial industry supervision system,perfect the financial enterprise system and regulations.
