构建我国农村社会保障制度的法律探讨

The Legal Discussion on the Construction of Chinese Rural Social Security System

随着城镇化进程的不断推进,农村和城市之间的交流越来越密切,沟通越来越频繁,彼此相互交融。在发展中,我们也看到了两者之间的差距,基于经济发展、社会轨迹、人文历史等因素,农村和城市在社会保障方面存在着较大的鸿沟。相对于城市完善的社会保障制度,农村还存在着立法不完善、法律不深入、用法不规范的问题,本文为进一步完善构建我国农村社会保障的法律体系做出了探讨。

With the continuous progress of the urbanization process,the communication between rural areas and cities is be⁃coming more and more frequent and blending with each other.In the development,we have also seen the gap between the two.Based on economic development,social track,cultural and historical factors,there is a large gap between rural and urban areas in terms of social security.Compared with the perfect social security system of cities,there are still the problems of imperfect legislation,imperfect law and irregular usage in rural areas.This paper aims to further improve the legal system of rural social security in China.
