当前阶段,社会整体发展迈入了现代化建设的关键时期,农业作为我国的经济支柱产业,其发展形势、管理水平与效益创造价值直接关乎到我国小康社会的实际建设水平。在新农村政策广泛实行的环境下,农业产业的规划与经营管理需要进行针对性、科学性的调整,针对当前问题,政府管理部门应从长效建设的角度出发,对原有的农业生产、经营模式进行合理优化,为新农村的整体建设工作提供支持。

At the current stage,the overall development of the society has entered a critical period of modernization.Agricul⁃ture,as the pillar industry of China's economy,has a direct bearing on the actual construction level of the well-off society in China.Its development situation,management level and benefit creation value are directly related to the construction level of the well-off society in China.Widely implemented in the new rural policy environment,the agricultural planning and manage⁃ment need to be targeted,scientific adjustment,according to the current problem,the government management from the per⁃spective of long-term construction,agricultural production and management mode of the original optimization,provide support for the overall construction of new rural area.
