农村法律援助的现状与对策

Current Status and Countermeasures of Rural Legal Aid

随着我国经济的发展,人民生活水平的提高,农村居民的法律意识也发生了巨大的变化。我国农村人口众多,对国家经济发展的影响很大,农村经济改革与建设过程中会引发一些利益矛盾。过度的经济矛盾可能会影响农村的经济发展,因此,对农村发展过程中存在的一些问题进行分析,并对农村法律援助问题进行归纳,才能最终找到科学有效的法律援助方法,提高农村综合法律素质。

China has a large rural population,which has a great impact on the national economic development,and the rural economic reform and construction in the process will cause some interest conflicts.Excessive economic contradictions may af⁃fect the economic development of rural areas.Therefore,only by analyzing some problems existing in the process of rural devel⁃opment and summarizing the rural legal aid problems,can we finally find scientific and effective legal aid methods and improve the comprehensive legal quality of rural areas.
