“新农科”背景下植物保护与检疫技术专业顶岗实习标准研究与实践

Research and Practice on Post Practice Standard of Plant Protection and Quarantine Technology Specialty under the Background of"New Agricultural Science"

本文通过企业回访、顶岗实习学生调研、行业专家访谈等方法,厘清了植物保护与检疫技术专业顶岗实习标准存在的问题,建立了“新农科”背景下面向学生得益的顶岗实习目标设置、立足企(行)业工作岗位的顶岗实习内容体系、基于目标管理的教学管理及符合专业人才培养目标的顶岗实习考核评价标准体系,从而保障植物保护与检疫技术专业顶岗实习的规范、有效,同时为其他专业顶岗实习标准的建立提供借鉴。

In this paper,through the enterprise return visit,internship student research,industry expert interviews and other methods,the problems existing in post practice standard of plant protection and quarantine technology specialty were clarified;Goal setting of Post Practice for students'benefit,content system of post practice based on Enterprise post,teaching manage⁃ment based on management by objectives and evaluation standard system of post practice in line with professional training ob⁃jectives were established.This study ensures the standardization and effective implementation of post practice of plant protec⁃tion and quarantine technology specialty,and provides reference for the establishment of post practice standards of other spe⁃cialties.
