高瓦斯矿井采煤工作面采前瓦斯抽采达标评判执行问题探讨 被引量:6

摘要 高瓦斯矿井不同采煤工作面因实际抽采条件的差异,在采前瓦斯抽采达标评判实施过程中存在部分评判流程依据模糊,以及不同条件下评判执行方法混乱等问题。为了使行业法规在执行过程中更具合理性和操作性,结合高瓦斯矿井煤层瓦斯赋存及抽采技术条件,针对特殊条件下预抽必要性、预抽钻孔控制范围评价、抽采时间均衡性评价、采前评判参数布置等抽采达标评判执行过程中遇到的问题进行了分析与探讨,提出了有针对性的执行意见与建议,并进一步补充、完善了高瓦斯矿井瓦斯抽采达标评判工艺流程。 Due to the difference of actual extraction conditions in different working face of gassy mine,there are some problems in the implementation of evaluation process of pre-mining gas extraction standards,such as the ambiguity of judgment flow and confusion of evaluation implementation methods under different conditions.In order to make the trade regulations more reasonable and operational in the implementation process,combined with the technical conditions of gas storage and drainage in coal seams of gassy mines,this paper analyzes and discusses several problems in the process of carrying out the evaluation of reaching the standards for extraction and mining under special conditions,such as the necessity of pre-extraction,the evaluation of the control range of pre-extraction and drilling,the evaluation of the time balance between extraction and mining,and the arrangement of the parameters for pre-mining evaluation,this paper puts forward some pertinent opinions and suggestions,and further supplements and consummates the technological process of gas drainage standard evaluation in gassy mine.
