新型冠状病毒肺炎的CT影像学特点与分析

摘要 目的:分析新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的胸部CT影像特点,探讨其在临床诊治中的价值。方法:回顾性分析21例新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的临床与影像资料,观察其影像学的表现特点。结果:胸部CT检查有6例无明显异常,余皆有不同程度的异常肺部表现。病灶大多呈双肺、多灶性分布,多见于胸膜下区及沿支气管血管束分布。早期以形态多样的磨玻璃影为主,主要分布在两肺的胸膜下或远离肺门区域;进展期病灶的范围扩大、密度增高,实变影增多,部分病人呈“铺路石”征象;吸收期病灶范围缩小,出现较多的纤维化病灶,少部分病灶可出现吸收-进展交替现象。结论:新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的肺部CT表现具有一定的特征性,对临床的早期诊断、病情及疗效的评估具有重要作用。 Objective:Analysis of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19) patients with chest CT image characteristics, discusses its value in clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:The clinical and imaging data of 21 patients with COVID-19 were retrospectively analyzed to observe their early, progressive and absorptive manifestations.Results:In the chest CT examination of the patients in this study, there were 6 cases with no obvious abnormality, and the rest had abnormal pulmonary manifestations of different degrees.Most of the lesions were double-lung and multi-focal, which were mostly found in the lung extraneous zone and along the bronchovascular bundle.In the early stage, the multiform ground glass shadows were mainly distributed in the subpleural area of both lungs or away from the hilum.The range of progressive lesions was enlarged, and some patients showed signs of "paving stones".The range of lesions in the absorption stage was reduced, and more fibrotic lesions appeared, while a few lesions showed the alternant phenomenon of absorption-progression.Conclusion:The pulmonary CT findings of COVID-19 patients have certain characteristic values, which play an important role in the early diagnosis, disease and evaluation of clinical efficacy.
