手部屈肌腱断裂修复术后手功能康复中应用肌骨超声的价值

The Value of Using Musculoskeletal Ultrasound in Hand Functional Rehabilitation after Repair of Flexor Tendon Rupture

目的:分析在手部屈肌腱断裂修复术后手功能康复中应用肌骨超声的临床价值。方法:于2019年1月至2020年6月从我院择取60例手部屈肌腱断裂修复术患者,将其按照数字随机表法分组研究,对照组(30例)术后实施常规手功能康复训练,研究组(30例)术后定期实施肌骨超声检查,根据检查结果制定针对性手功能康复训练计划,对照分析两组总主动活动度(TAM)疗效、手部指动脉内径、狭窄程度。结果:从TAM疗效来看,研究组优良率为93.33%,对照组优良率为60.00%,研究组优良率明显高于对照组,P<0.000;2组患者治疗后的手部血管内径、狭窄程度均有不同程度的改善,具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.000);治疗后的研究组较治疗后的对照组的上述指标均有改善,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于手部屈肌腱断裂修复术患者来说,术后通过肌骨超声检查制定手功能康复训练计划,可以保证康复训练的针对性,以促进手功能恢复,临床价值更为显著。

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of musculoskeletal ultrasound in hand functional rehabilitation after repair of flexor tendon rupture.Methods:In January 2019 to June 2020 in our hospital will pick 60 patients with fracture repair of hand flexor tendons, it shall, in accordance with the digital random grouping study table method, the control group(n =30) after the implementation of regular hand function rehabilitation training, the team(n=30) postoperative implement musculoskeletal ultrasound regularly, according to the pertinence hand function rehabilitation training to check the result, the contrast analysis of two groups of total active motion(TAM) curative effect, the diameter 、 degree of stenosis and observed by CDFI of the hand.Results:From the perspective of TAM, the excellent and good rate of the study group was 93.33% and that of the control group was 60.00%. The excellent and good rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, P<0.000;the vascular diameter, stenosis degree and blood flow velocity of the two groups were improved in different degrees, with statistical significance(P<0.05 or P<0.000);the above indexes in the study group were improved compared with those in the control group after treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05)..Conclusion:For patients with hand flexor tendon rupture repair, the establishment of rehabilitation training plan for hand function through postoperative musculo-skeletal ultrasound can ensure the pertinency of rehabilitation training, so as to promote the recovery of hand function, with more significant clinical value.
