Russell body gastritis:one case report

Russell小体胃炎(Russell body gastritis,RBG)是胃黏膜中含有Russell小体的浆细胞浸润的一种罕见的良性疾病,大多数与幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)有关,临床易与胃黄色瘤、浆细胞瘤、淋巴瘤和印戒细胞癌相混淆,本文就1例RBG进行报道并讨论。

Russell body gastritis(RBG)is a rare benign disease and in which gastric mucosa is infiltrated by plasma cell which contains Russell body,most of RBG is associated with Helicobactor pylori(H.pylori),and which can be confused easily with gastric xanthelasma,plasmacytoma,lymphoma and signet-ring cell carcinoma.This article reported one case of RBG and discussed the disease.
