摘要
针对大倾角下山岩巷施工中遇到的退机难、排水难、排矸难等一系列难题,详细阐述了大倾角下山岩巷综掘施工关键节点工作。通过对掘进配套设备升级改造、施工工序调整及超前排水新技术研究等途径,形成了一套大倾角下山岩巷快速掘进关键技术,并应用于淮北矿区孙疃煤矿大倾角下山岩巷掘进工程,改善了作业环境,提高了掘进速度,实现了安全、快速掘进。
According to the machine backward driving difficulty,water drainage difficulty,waste rock discharging difficulty and other serious difficulties occurred in the construction of the high inclined dip rock roadway,the paper had a detail statement on the construction key node work in the fully mechanized heading of the high inclined dip rock roadway.With the upgrading and rebuilding of the headingrelated equipment,construction process adjustment and new advance water drainage technology study as well as other approach,one set key technology of the rapid heading for the high inclined dip rock roadway was formed and was applied to the heading engineering of the high inclined dip rock roadway in Suntuan Mine of Huaibei Mining Area.The key technology of the rapid heading had improved the operation environment,had improved the heading speed and had realized the safety and rapid heading.
