摘要
针对传统注浆泵采用液压油缸推动注浆泵活塞左右移动,无法控制注浆精度的问题,提出了用伺服控制器代替液压油缸的方法。伺服控制器控制伺服电机推动活塞运动,当浆液达到压力和流量标准值时,伺服电机立即停止转动,可以实现“注浆压力熔断”、“注浆流量管理”。对伺服注浆系统进行了测试,结果表明:伺服注浆泵对注浆压力与注浆量有很好的控制效果,能够满足注浆工艺的高精度要求。
Traditional grouting pumps use hydraulic cylinders to push the pistons of the grouting pump to move left and right,which cannot meet the accuracy of a grouting project.Aiming at this problem,a method of replacing the hydraulic cylinders with a servo controller is proposed.The servo controller controls the servo motor to push the piston to move.When the slurry reaches the standard value of pressure and flow,the servo motor stops rotating immediately.In this way,“grouting pressure fusing”and“grouting flow management”can be realized.The servo grouting system is tested,and the results show that the servo grouting pump has a good control effect on the grouting pressure and grouting volume,and can meet the high precision requirements of the grouting process.
