焦虑障碍病人自我管理量表的编制及信效度检验

Development of self⁃management scale for pat ients with anxiety disorder and its val idity and reliability test

目的:研制焦虑障碍病人自我管理量表并验证其信效度。方法:以个体自我管理理论和自我管理五因子模型为理论框架,通过文献研究法、理论分析法、内容分析法和专家咨询法建立初量表。分别选取185例和205例病人进行条目筛选和信效度验证。结果:最终量表包括疾病医学管理(15个条目)和社会心理管理(16个条目)2个分量表。总量表的Cronbach’s α系数为0.920,分半信度为0.787,重测信度为0.843。验证性因子分析显示,量表具有较好的结构效度。量表与席汉残疾量表及焦虑自评量表均呈负相关(P<0.001)。结论:研制的焦虑障碍病人自我管理量表具有良好的信效度,可作为评估焦虑障碍病人自我管理能力的评估工具。

Objective:To develop a self-management scale for patients with anxiety disorder and verify its reliability and validity.Methods:On basis of self-management theory and five-factor model,the preliminary version of self-management scale was formed through literature review,theoretical analysis and content analysis.Totally 185 and 205 patients were recruited to preform item screening and test its reliability and validity.Results:The self-management scale for patients with anxiety disorder included two subscales,which were medical management of disease(15 items)and psychosocial management(16 items).The Cronbach’s α coefficient of the total scale was 0.920,split-half reliability coefficient was 0.787,and one-week test-retest reliability was 0.843.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the scale had better construct validity.The score of scale was negatively correlated with the score of Sheehan Disability Scale and the score of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(P<0.001).Conclusion:The self-management scale for patients with anxiety disorder has good validity and reliability.It can be used as a tool to evaluate the self-management level of patients with anxiety disorder.
