前列腺癌随访相关临床实践指南的质量评价及内容分析

Quality evaluation and content analysis of clinical practice guidelines related to follow⁃up of prostate cancer

目的:评价前列腺癌病人随访相关临床实践指南的质量,并对其推荐的内容进行分析。方法:检索PubMed、EMbase、CINAHL、中国知网、中国生物医学文摘数据库、万方数据库和相关指南网站,采用临床研究与评估工具(AGREEⅡ)对纳入的指南进行质量评价,并采用文献内容分析法对推荐意见进行分析。结果:共纳入临床实践指南5部,其中质量评价A级1部,B级4部。纳入指南在AGREEⅡ6个领域平均得分由高到低依次为范围和目的(90.28%)、编辑独立性(87.08%)、清晰性(84.72%)、制定的严谨性(75.83%)、参与人员(73.89%)、应用性(50.83%)。经内容分析,最终提取出协作护理、副反应管理、健康促进和监测随访4个方面的19项内容。结论:纳入的指南质量较好,推荐内容全面,但指南在应用性领域有待提高。

Objective:To evaluate the quality of clinical practice guidelines related to the follow-up of prostate cancer patients and to analyze the contents of their recommendations.Methods:Clinical practice guidelines related to follow-up of prostate cancer were searched in PubMed,EMbase,CINAHL,CNKI,CBM,Wanfang Data and related guideline websites.AGREEⅡwas used to evaluate the quality of the included guidelines,and literature content analysis was used to analyze the recommendations.Result s:A total of five clinical practice guidelines were included,of which two were grade A and three were grade B.In descending order of average score,the six domains in AGREEⅡwere scope and purpose(90.28%),editorial independence(87.08%),clarity(84.72%),development eligibility(75.83%),participants(73.89%),and applicability(50.83%).Based on content analysis,19 items were extracted,including four aspects of collaborative nursing,side effects management,health promotion,monitoring and follow-up.Conclusion:The quality of the included guidelines was good and the recommended contents were comprehensive,but the application of guidelines needs to be improved.
