中国医保经办数字化转型既取得了明显的阶段性成效——进入"码时代",更有深入推进转型的必要性和紧迫性。国家医疗保障信息平台主体工程建设顺利完成,并已在部分地区落地应用,但发展不均衡。随着国家医保信息平台的建成,全国医保信息平台建设已进入以地方平台建设为主的新阶段,面临诸多难点和挑战。深入推进医保经办数字化转型是我国经济社会创新发展大势的要求,"十四五"是数字化转型的重要战略机遇期和关键五年,亟待从提高政治站位、明确转型的方向和目标、加强专业化人才培养等方面加快转型步伐。

The digital transformation of China's medical insurance agency has achieved remarkable phased results of entering the Code Era,and it is more necessary and urgent to further promote the transformation.The construction of the main project of the National Healthcare Security Information Platform has been successfully completed and has been applied in some areas,but the development is uneven.With the completion of the National Healthcare Security Information Platform,the construction of the National Healthcare Security Information Platform has entered a new stage focusing on the construction of local platforms,facing many diffi culties and challenges.Further promoting the digital transformation of medical insurance agency is the requirement of the general trend of China's economic and social innovation and development.The 14th-Five-Year plan is an important strategic opportunity and key fi ve years of digital transformation.It is urgent to accelerate the transformation from the aspects of improving the political position,clarifying the direction and objectives of transformation,and strengthening the training of professional talents.
