Research on Cost Apportion Principle of Joint Construction in Metro Projects

简要阐述地铁合建工程的类型、投资分摊费用,总结归纳三种常见的投资分摊方法:1)“有无原则”分摊法;2)指标比例分摊法;3)替代工程投资比例分摊法,并根据各方法的应用条件探讨、分析其优缺点,最后提出改进分摊方法的相关建议。

This paper briefly expounds the types of metro joint construction projects and the content of cost apportion,and summarizes three common principles of cost apportion:1)The“presence and absence”method;2)Index proportional method;3)Cost proportion of alternative project.According to the application conditions of each principle,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages.At last,puts forward some suggestions to improve the apportion principle.
