食品价格波动对消费升级的影响研究

On Consumption Upgrading by the Influence of Food Price Fluctuation

文章构建了线性面板数据模型与门槛效应模型,实证检验2006—2017年我国食品价格波动对消费升级的影响及城乡差异,结果表明:食品价格波动对农村消费升级具有显著线性抑制作用,对城镇居民消费升级表现出显著的非线性影响,随着城镇居民收入水平的提升,食品价格波动对城镇消费升级的抑制作用在逐渐增强。居民要密切关注食品价格的波动变化,促进消费的多元化,同时,相关管理部门要加强对食品价格的管控力度,完善食品价格的管理与监督机制,为居民消费提供良好社会环境。

This paper constructs a linear panel data model and threshold effect model to empirically test the impact of food price fluctuation on consumption upgrading and the differences between urban and rural areas from 2006 to 2017.The results show that food price fluctuation has a significant linear inhibitory effect on consumption upgrading in rural areas and a significant nonlinear effect on consumption upgrading of urban residents.The restraining effect of food price fluctuation on urban consumption upgrading is gradually increasing.Residents should pay close attention to the fluctuation of food prices to promote the diversification of consumption.At the same time,relevant management departments should strengthen the control of food prices,improve the management and supervision mechanism of food prices,and provide a good social environment for residents’consumption.
