青少年社区参与和社会治理共同体的建设——以北京市J街道“社区小管家”为例

Youth Public Engagement and Construction of Social Governance Community:A Case Study of the“Community Housekeeper”of J Street in Beijing

居民自治这一议题已经形成了初步的协同氛围,而青少年作为社区中不可忽视的一个群体,自然应该成为社区居民自治中不可忽视的一支力量。人与社会共同体同步发展,青少年的成长助力于社会治理共同体的凝聚。北京市J街道以青少年为主体的社区参与,在培育青少年参与社会公共事务的基础上,探索出了一种创新社区治理的新模式,并有利于社区内社会共同体的构建。基于社会学视角,积极调动人的社会化需求、社会互动与社会群体的能动作用对于构建社会治理共同体具有一定的启示价值。

Youth has become an important force of community autonomy.The community participation with teenagers as the main body in J street of Beijing has explored a new mode of innovative community governance on the basis of cultivating young people to participate in social public affairs,which is conducive to the construction of social community within the community.From the perspective of sociology,it is of great significance to actively mobilize people’s social needs,social interaction and the dynamic role of social groups for the construction of a community of social governance.
