硅烷偶联剂改善沥青与铁尾矿碎石粘附效果评价 被引量:5

Evaluation of the effect of silane coupling agent on improving the adhesion of asphalt and iron tailing gravel

摘要 以铁尾矿碎石作为集料用于沥青混合料制备,并在其中加入KH-550硅烷偶联剂。通过对沥青的针入度、软化点、延度及粘度测试确定了硅烷偶联剂的最佳添加质量分数为0.6%。测定了蒸馏水和乙二醇分别与不同硅烷偶联剂掺量的沥青及集料的接触角,再求出不同沥青及集料的表面能参数,进而计算出沥青与集料间的粘附功。结果表明,沥青与铁尾矿碎石之间粘附性随硅烷偶联剂用量的增大而提高,当硅烷偶联剂添加质量分数为0.6%时,粘附功增大了16.5%,掺加硅烷偶联剂可有效改善沥青与铁尾矿碎石之间粘接能力。最后,通过沥青混合料的水稳定性试验验证了应用粘附功表征沥青与铁尾矿碎石之间粘结能力的合理性。 The iron tailings gravel was used as aggregate for the preparation of asphalt mixture,and KH-550 silane coupling agent was added to the sytem. Through testing the penetration,softening point,ductility and viscosity of the asphalt,it was determined that the best added mass fraction of the silane coupling agent was 0.6%. The contact angles of distilled water,ethylene glycol with different silane coupling agent content asphalts and aggregates were tested,and then the surface energy parameters of different asphalts and aggregates were calculated,finally the adhesion work between asphalt and aggregates was calculated. The results showed that the adhesion between asphalt and iron tailings gravel was increased with the increase of silane coupling agent amount. When the mass fraction of silane coupling agent was 0.6%,the adhesion work was increased by 16.5%. Adding silane coupling agent could effectively improve the bonding ability between asphalt and iron tailings gravel. Finally,the water stability test of asphalt mixture verified the rationality of applying adhesion work to characterize the bonding ability between asphalt and iron tailings gravel.
