感染期和休眠期结核分枝杆菌脂肪酸来源和利用差异的研究进展 被引量:1

Research progress on the differences in the source and utilization of fatty acids of Mycobacterium tuberculosis during infection and dormancy

摘要 结核病是严重威胁人畜健康的重大传染病之一,而作为病原的结核分枝杆菌在长期的化学药物治疗中已经出现广泛耐药的情况,不同耐药程度的结核分枝杆菌的差异研究也是一个难题。在严峻的形势下,寻找新的治疗方法已成为研究重点。脂肪酸作为结核分枝杆菌胞内存活的必需物质,同时也是细胞壁重要组成部分及毒力之一,其特性逐渐成为新的研究点之一。目前,并未见相关不同时期脂肪酸来源和利用差异的综合论述。因此,对处于感染期和休眠期的结核分枝杆菌的特点,以及不同时期的脂肪酸来源和利用的差异进行阐述,期待从其中找到新的结核病治疗靶点。 Tuberculosis is one of the most important infectious diseases which seriously threaten the health of human and animal.As a pathogen,many extensively drug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis strains emerged in the long-term chemotherapy,the study of differences in Mycobacterium tuberculosis with different drug resistance levels is also a difficult problem.As an essential substance for the survival of Mycobacterium tuberculosis,fatty acids are also important parts of the cell wall and are essential for the virulence.Its characteristics have gradually become one of the new research points.At present,there is no comprehensive discussion on the sources and utilization of fatty acids of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in different periods.Therefore,this article described the characteristics of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in the infection and dormancy period,as well as the source and utilization of fatty acids in different periods,hoping to find new targets for tuberculosis treatment.
