It is always a technical difficulty in this field to continuously carry out the water pipe route alteration under bearing water pressure during the construction of pipeline dismantling and rebuilding project,especially for PCCP pipeline with pressure opening.The construction is more difficult because of the problem of pipeline material.This paper introduces the plugging and dismantling technology of PCCP pipeline under continuously bearing water pressure,and analyzes the technical points in detail.
