摘要
山西中部引黄水源工程泵站地下厂房开挖跨度大,其顶拱位于泥灰岩层中,开挖揭露出来之后,在地下水的作用下泥灰岩极易软化,导致洞室稳定性极差,安全风险大。为了保证开挖过程中的人员和设备安全,采取了一系列的工程措施,钢纤维喷射混凝土进行初期支护就是其中一项重要的措施。文中就钢纤维喷射凝土的材料、配合比、施工工艺和质量检查等进行了阐述。
The excavation span of the underground powerhouse of the pumping station of the Yellow River Diversion Project in the central part of Shanxi Province is large,and its top arch is located in the marlstone layer.After the rock stratum is excavated and exposed,the marlstone is easy to soften under the action of groundwater,which leads to poor stability of the cavern and great safety risks.In order to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment during excavation,a series of engineering measures have been taken,and the primary support in steel fiber shotcrete is one of the important measures.This paper expounds the materials,mix proportion,construction technology and quality inspection of steel fiber shotcrete.
