基于RSEE系统的长治市某县水资源承载力协调度分析

Analysis of Coordination Degree of Water Resources Carrying Capacity in a County of Changzhi Based on RSEE System

通过建立“水资源-社会-经济-环境”的RSEE系统协调度模型对长治市某县水资源的协调度进行分析,为区域协调发展提供理论依据。结果表明,2013—2017年全县资源环境难以承载社会经济发展,已经影响了整体协调发展;规划年2025年、2030年协调度逐渐升高。全面推进节水型社会建设,大力提高水资源利用效率,有利于推动水资源保护长期健康可持续发展。

The coordination degree of water resources in a county of Changzhi is analyzed by establishing the RSEE system coordination degree model of“resources-society-economy-environment”,which provides a theoretical basis for regional coordinated development.The results show that the resources and environment of the county from 2013 to 2017 are difficult to carry the social and economic development,which has affected the overall coordinated development;the coordination degree will gradually increase in 2025 and 2030 in the planning year.Promoting the construction of a water-saving society in an all-round way and vigorously improving the efficiency of water resources utilization will help to promote the long-term,healthy and sustainable development of water resources protection.
