摘要
现阶段,人力资源培训管理在企业运营发展过程中的重要性不断提升,人力资源培训管理工作的成效直接与员工的综合素质、专业知识储备、技能水平相关。基于此,论文对电力企业人力资源培训管理模式及其收益展开了深入分析,以期为相关实践提供一定的借鉴参考。
At this stage,the importance of human resources training and management in the process of operation and development of enterprises is continually increasing.The effectiveness of human resources training and management work is directly related to the comprehensive quality,professional knowledge reserve and skill level of employees.Based on this,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the training and management mode of human resources and its benefits of electric power enterprises,so as to provide some reference for the relevant practices.
