改革开放以来,中国市场得到了不断的发展和深化。当前,在全面深化改革的背景下,我国党组织积极转变工作方式,加强党的建设,这有利于提高国有企业的竞争力,激发国有企业的生机和活力,这充分体现了国有企业的社会价值。深化改革国有企业在稳定国家经济增长、推动工业化进程、提高经济国际竞争力等方面发挥着不可或缺的作用。论文通过阐述国有企业党建工作特点,提出问题及其解决对策,明确现阶段国企党建的具体工作方向,以供相关人士交流和借鉴。

Since the reform and opening up,the China's market has been continuously developed and deepened.At present,under the background of comprehensively deepening reform,China's Party organizations actively change the way of work and strengthen Party building,which is conducive to improve the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises,stimulate the vitality of state-owned enterprises,which fully reflects the social value of state-owned enterprises.Deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises plays an indispensable role in stabilizing the national economic growth,promoting the process of industrialization and improving the international competitiveness of the economy.By expatiating the characteristics of the Party building work in state-owned enterprises,this paper puts forward the problems and solutions,and clarifies the specific work direction of the Party building in state-owned enterprises at the present stage,so as to provide the relevant people for exchange and reference.
