摘要
由于当前我国经济结构正在发生变化,同时产业结构处在进一步转型升级的过程中,因此,我国企业对于技能型人才的需求也得到了大幅提升。技能型人才数量的增加对推动我国经济结构的调整具有积极作用,同时受人口结构变动与人才结构失衡等因素的影响,我国技能型人才的供应与需求长期处于错位状态。所以,论文着重探讨了技能型人才培养模式,提出了相应的完善方法,以期为我国技能型人才培养水平的提高提供参考。
As China's current economic structure is changing,and the industrial structure is in the process of further transformation and upgrading,therefore,the demand for skilled talents in China's enterprises has also been greatly increased.The increase in the number of skilled talents has a positive effect on promoting the adjustment of China's economic structure.At the same time,affected by factors such as the changes of population structure and the imbalance of talents structure,the supply and demand of skilled talents in China have been in a state of dislocation for a long time.Therefore,the paper emphatically discusses the skilled talents training mode,and proposes corresponding perfect methods,hoping to provide a reference for the improvement of the training level of skilled talents in China.
