机器随机失效的作业车间生产与维修的集成调度

摘要 生产过程中设备的可靠运转是生产作业计划有效执行的重要保障,生产计划与设备维修计划具有相互影响的关系,二者之间的矛盾处理不当易造成生产资源闲置和时间成本增加。论文考虑作业车间内机器可能发生的随机故障,其失效概率服从威布尔分布的情况,根据机器实际状况采用不完美预防性维修与最小化维修的策略来保障机器的可靠性,以最小完工时间为目标,建立生产与维修的集成调度数学模型。通过设计基于工序的编码、线性顺序交叉算子、互换操作和精英保留策略,给出模型求解的遗传算法,最后通过实例验证所建模型的正确性以及算法求解的有效性。 Reliable operation of equipment in production process is an important guarantee for effective implementation of production operation plan.The production plan and the equipment maintenance plan have an interactive relationship.Improper handling of contradiction between them will lead to idle production resources and increase of time cost.The paper considers a situation,that is,the failure probability of stochastic breakdowns that may occur on the machine in the job shop obeys the Weibull distribution.According to the actual condition of the machine,the paper adopts the strategies of imperfect preventive maintenance and minimized maintenance to ensure the reliability of the machine.With the minimum completion time as the goal,the integrated scheduling mathematical model of production and maintenance is established.Through the design of process-based coding,linear sequence crossover operator,swap operation and elitist preservation strategy,the paper presents a genetic algorithm for model solving,and finally verifies the correctness of the built model and the effectiveness of the algorithm through an example.
