老年人心血管用药现状调查研究

Study on cardiovascular drug use of elderly in China

目的调查分析我国老年人心血管用药现状,为老年人合理用药提供参考。方法2013年至2019年对在广西壮族自治区江滨医院、北京老年医院、宁夏医科大学总医院住院的老年患者进行心血管用药的调查,分析总结老年人心血管用药现状及特点。结果本研究中60.1%的老年人使用心血管药物,其中5.2%的老年人使用合并3种及以上的心血管用药,降压药及降糖药的用药依从性相对较好,分别为88.1%及83.0%,降脂药的用药依从性相对较差为49.2%,单因素分析提示降脂药依从性与被调查老年人的年龄及文化程度显著相关。结论我国老年人心血管合并用药十分普遍,处方精简及提高老年人用药依从性仍待进一步加强。

Objective To investigate and analysis of the present situation of cardiovascular medicine of elderly to provide reference for rational drug use.Methods From 2013 to 2019,an investigation was conducted on cardiovascular drug use among elderly patients in Jiangbin Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,Beijing Geriatric Hospital and General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University to analyze and summarize characteristics of cardiovascular drug use among elderly people in China.Results Our study shows 60.1%elderly people use cardiovascular drug,5.2%use more than three kinds.The compliance of hypotensive drugs and hypoglycemic drugs were relatively good,The proportions were 88.1%and 83.0%,compliance of lipid-lowering medication showed relatively poor was 49.2%.Single factor analysis of lipid-lowering medication adherence was significantly associated with age and cultural level.Conclusion Cardiovascular drug combination in elderly people was very common in China,prescription simplification and improvement of medication compliance still need to strengthen.
