老年人失禁现状与特点分析

目的探讨老年人失禁现状与特点。方法收集2013年3月至2015年2月在广西壮族自治区江滨医院、北京老年医院以及宁夏医科大学附属医院就诊的老年患者共计4419例的临床资料作为研究对象,根据老年人年龄及不同失禁状况分为低龄老年组(60~75岁)和高龄老年组(75岁以上)以及大便失禁组、小便失禁组和大小便均失禁组。对各组老年人失禁情况与研究对象性别、年龄、受教育年限等一般资料的关系行卡方检验分析,分析得出当前我国老年人失禁的特点。结果老年人失禁一般状况在性别、年龄、受教育年限、长期居住地、养老方式中差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同年龄层、性别及教育年限的老年患者失禁发生率不尽相同,失禁老年群体饮酒及长期运动等生活习惯及各种常见慢性病及老年综合征的发生率与无尿失禁老年群体相比存在明显差异。

Objective To explore the current situation and characteristics of incontinence in the elderly in my country.Methods The clinical data of 4,419 elderly patients who were treated in Nanning,Beijing,and Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region from March 2013 to February 2015 were collected as the research objects.According to the age of the elderly and different incontinence conditions,they were divided into younger ages.The elderly(60~75 years old)and the elderly group(over 75 years old),as well as the fecal incontinence group,the urinary incontinence group,and the urinary incontinence group.The chi-square test analyzes the relationship between the incontinence of the elderly in each group and the general data of the research object's gender,age,and years of education,and analyzes the characteristics of current incontinence of the elderly in my country.Results The general status of incontinence of the elderly in my country has statistically significant differences in gender,age,years of education,long-term residence,and pension style(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of incontinence in elderly patients of different age groups,genders and years of education is not the same.In the elderly with incontinence,the incidence of drinking and long-term exercise,various common chronic diseases and common senile syndromes,and no urinary incontinence Compared with the elderly,there are obvious differences.
