化积止痛巴布剂穴位贴敷治疗癌性疼痛的临床观察

Clinical observation on Acupoint Application of Huaji Zhitong cataplasm in the treatment of cancer pain

目的观察化积止痛巴布剂穴位贴敷治疗癌性疼痛的临床疗效,为临床应用提供循证学依据。方法选择符合纳入标准的恶性肿瘤患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组使用化积止痛巴布剂止痛,外敷在疼痛部位、肺俞、肝俞、肾俞、脾俞等处,1贴/天;对照组使用蟾酥膏止痛,外敷在疼痛部位、肺俞、肝俞、肾俞、脾俞等处,1贴/天。观察两组的疼痛缓解率和VAS疼痛指数积分。结果两组疼痛缓解率比较P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,观察组在疼痛缓解率控制方面优于对照组。两组VAS疼痛指数积分比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),观察组在缓解疼痛方面优于对照组。结论化积止痛巴布剂穴位贴敷可明显缓解癌症患者疼痛,临床使用具有副作用小、疗效显著等特点,可提高患者用药顺应性及使用安全可靠,对癌症患者具有肯定的治疗作用,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Acupoint Application of Huaji Zhitong cataplasm in the treatment of cancer pain,and to provide evidence-based basis for clinical application.Methods 60 patients with malignant tumor were randomly divided into acupoint sticking group and control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Huaji Zhitong cataplasm,applied to the pain area,Feishu,Ganshu,Shenshu,Pishu,etc.,1 sticking/day.Control groupwas treated with Chansu ointment,applied to the pain area,Feishu,Ganshu,Shenshu,Pishu,etc.,1 paste/day.The pain relief rate and VAS pain index score of the two groups were observed.Results There was statistically significant difference in the pain relief rate of the two groups(P<0.05).The pain relief rate of the acupoint sticking group was better than that of the control group.There was significant difference in VAS pain index between the two groups(P<0.01).The acupoint sticking group was better than the control group in relieving pain.Conclusion Acupoint Application of Huaji Zhitong cataplasm can significantly relieve the pain of cancer patients,and its clinical use has the characteristics of small side effects and significant curative effect,which can improve the medication compliance of patients and the safety and reliability of use,and has a positive therapeutic effect on cancer patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
