新糖胃康颗粒治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床效果

Clinical effect of Xintangweikang in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis

目的探讨新糖胃康颗粒治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床效果。方法选取我院自2019年1月至2021年1月收治的糖尿病胃轻瘫患者110例,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各55例。两组均给予常规降糖治疗,对照组加用吗丁啉治疗,观察组加用新糖胃康颗粒治疗,对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后血糖指标、主要症状积分、胃动素以及胃排空率。结果观察组与对照组相比临床总有效率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后与对照组治疗后相比空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖水平较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后与对照组治疗后相比主要症状评分较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后与对照组治疗后胃排空率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后相比胃动素水平无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论新糖胃康颗粒治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效显著,可有效改善血糖指标,改善胃动素水平,提高胃排空速度,获得更好的预后。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of Xintangweikang in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis.Methods A total of 110 patients with diabetic gastroparesis admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table,55 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional hypoglycemic therapy.The control group was given domperidone treatment,and the observation group was given Xintangweikang treatment.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose indicators before and after treatment,main symptom scores,motilin and gastric emptying rate were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher clinical total effective rate,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of main symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The gastric emptying rate after treatment in the observation group and the control group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in motilin levels between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Xintangweikang has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis,which can effectively promote the improvement of blood glucose indicators,improve the level of motilin,and increase the speed of gastric emptying to obtain a better prognosis.
