精细化管理提高呼吸系统疾病住院老年患者的护理安全性研究

目的探讨基于精细化管理理念的安全护理对呼吸系统疾病老年住院患者的影响。方法选2019年7月至2020年12月入住本院中医肺病一部的1017例老年患者为研究对象,实施基于精细化管理理念的安全护理,比较实施前后安全事件发生率、医患人员的满意度。结果实施后患者的安全事件发生率由0.83%降至0.20%,患者满意程度(为非常满意)由23.09%提高至28.02%,不满意的患者比例由4.50%下降到2.26%,医护人员的满意度评分由(3.50±0.51)分提高至(4.38±0.50)分,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论基于精细化管理理念的呼吸系统疾病老年住院患者的安全护理可以降低患者安全事件发生率,提升患者及医护人员满意度,效果显著,可以推广。

Objective To explore the impact of safe care based on the concept of refined management on elderly inpatients with respiratory diseases.Methods Implement safe care based on the concept of refined management for elderly inpatients with respiratory diseases from July 2019 to December 2020,and compare the Incident rate of safety events of patients,patient satisfaction and medical staff satisfaction after implementation and before implementation(January 2018 to June 2019).Results After the implementation of refined safety care,the incidence of safety events of patients decreased from 0.83%to 0.20%,the proportion of patients who were very satisfied increased from 23.09%to 28.02%,and the proportion of dissatisfied patients decreased from 4.50%to 2.26%,the satisfaction score of medical staff increased from(3.50±0.51)points to(4.38±0.50)points,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Safe care of elderly inpatients with respiratory diseases based on the concept of refined management can reduce the incidence of patient safety incidents and improve the satisfaction of patients and medical staff.The effect is significant and can be promoted.
