摘要
通过查阅近10年来乳腺癌患者应用上臂完全植入式输液港的相关文献,概述并分析上臂完全植入式输液港在乳腺癌患者应用过程中的常见问题(如穿刺失败、感染、静脉血栓、导管阻塞、输液港注射座旋转等)及处理方法,为乳腺癌患者术前正确使用上臂完全植入式输液港提供理论依据。
By consulting the relevant literature on mammary cancer patients who have implanted totally implantable access port( TIAP) in upper arms in the past 10 years,this paper summarizes and analyzes the common problems in the application process thereof( such as puncture failure,infection,venous thrombus,catheter obstruction,rotation of the access port,etc.) and the processing methods,aiming at providing a theoretical basis for correct preoperative use of upper arm TIAP for mammary cancer patients.
