胸外科术后患者床旁X线摄影的护理管理

Nursing management of bedside X-ray photography for patients after thoracic surgery

摘要 目的研究胸外科术后患者床旁X线摄影的综合性护理干预措施与应用效果.方法对比分析100例采用综合性护理干预措施的观察组患者与108例采用常规检查流程的对照组患者的术后首日床旁摄片一次成功率、影像质量、床位医生及患者满意度.结果观察组一次摄影成功率100%,摄片质量甲级86例、乙级12例、丙级2例,床位医生满意度调查平均分数(98.34±1.69),患者满意度调查平均分数(97.62±1.61);对照组一次摄影成功率95%,摄片质量甲级72例、乙级20例、丙级16例,床位医生满意度调查平均分数(96.16±3.09),患者满意度调查平均分数(93.88±3.24).两组患者一次摄影成功率、摄片质量评价、床位医生及患者满意度比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对胸外科术后患者床旁摄影采用综合性护理干预措施,可提高一次摄影成功率及摄片质量,减少医护患所受电离辐射,增加医患满意度. 0bjective To study the comprehensive nursing intervention and application efect of bedside X-ray photography for patients after thoracie surgery.Methods 100 patients in the observation group and 108 patients in the control group were compared in terms of the success rate,image quality,doctor and patient satisfaction.Results In the.observation group,the success rate of one-time photography was 100%.86 cases of grade A,12 cases of grade B and 2 cases of grade C,the average score of satisfaction survey of doctors was(98.34±1.69),and the average score of patients was(97.62±1.61);In the control group,the success rate of one-time photography was 95%6,72 cases of grade A,20 cases of grade B and 16 cases of grade C,the average score of satisfaction survey of doctors was(96.16±3.09),and the average score of patients was(93.88±3.24).There were statistically significant diffrences between the two groups in the success rate of one-time photography,the quality evaluation of photography,the satisfaction of doctors and patients(P<0.05).Conc lus ion The comprehensive nursing intervention measures for bedside photography of patients after thoracic surgery can improve the success rate and quality of the one-time photography.reduce the ionizing radiation received by doctors and patients,and increase the satisfaction of doctors and patients.
