一例犬卵巢残留综合征的诊治及体会

Diagnosis,treatment and experience of a case of canine ovarian remnant syndrome

1只1.5岁的雌性拉布拉多犬,在做过绝育手术后依然出现发情、生理期等现象,为了明确诊断,对其进行了临床检查、阴道细胞学检查、孕酮检查、B型超声波检查以及血常规和血液生化指标检查,并根据诊断结果进行治疗。结果表明:患犬确诊为卵巢残留综合征。经手术切除残余卵巢组织后,转归良好,未再出现发情现象。说明卵巢残留综合征患犬会出现绝育后再次发情、生理期等现象,该种疾病可以通过手术疗法治愈。

A 1.5-year-old female Labrador still had estrus and menstrual period after sterilization.In order to confirm the diagnosis,clinical examination,vaginal cytology examination,progesterone check,B-mode ultrasound examination,blood routine and blood biochemical indexes examination were carried out,and treatment was conducted based on the diagnosis results.The results showed that the dog was diagnosed with ovarian remnant syndrome.After surgical removal of the remnant ovary,the animals returned well,and no estrus occurred again.The results suggested that the ill dog with ovarian remnant syndrome would experience re-estrus after sterilization,menstrual period,etc.This disease could be cured by surgery.
