6种北方常见草坪和地被植物的萌发期耐盐性比较 被引量:4

Comparison of Salt Tolerance During Germination of Six Common Lawn and Ground Cover Plants in Northern China

摘要 为了获得较耐盐的草本地被植物,选择了6种常见的草坪和地被植物在种子萌发期进行培养皿复盐胁迫试验,盐胁迫梯度为0~0.6%,并测定植物的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、苗高和根长。结果显示:盐胁迫下发芽率最高的是狗牙根,沙打旺和多年生黑麦草,最低的是高羊茅;地上部分生长最好的是狗牙根,最差的是高羊茅和紫云英;根部生长最好的是沙打旺,最差的是二月兰。通过对各单项指标的相对值进行隶属函数分析得出耐盐性综合排名为:狗牙根=沙打旺>多年生黑麦草>高羊茅>二月兰>紫云英。 In order to obtain more salt-tolerant herbaceous ground cover plants,six common turf and ground cover plants were selected for salt stress test in a petri dish during the seed germination period.The salt stress gradient was 0 to 0.6%,and the germination rate and germination potential,germination index,vitality index,seedling height and root length were measured.The results showed that the highest germination rates under salt stress were Cynodon dactylon,Astragalus adsurgens Pall.and Lolium perenne L.,and the lowest was Festuca arundinacea;the best growing part of the ground was Cynodon dactylon,and the worst was Festuca arundinacea and Astragalus sinicus L.;The best root growth is Astragalus adsurgens Pall.,and the worst is Orychophragmus violaceus.Through the subordinative function analysis of the relative values of the individual index,the comprehensive ranking of salt tolerance is as follows:Cynodon dactylon=Astragalus adsurgens Pall.>Lolium perenne L.>Festuca arundinacea>Orychophragmus violaceus>Astragalus sinicus L..
