某三级综合性医院2017年-2019年死亡病例统计分析

Statistical Analysis of Death Cases in a Tertiary General Hospital from 2017 to 2019

目的分析某三级综合医院2017年-2019年门诊及住院患者死亡病例,掌握居民死亡的疾病特点,为合理配置医疗资源,提高医疗服务质量提供依据。方法提取2017年1月1日-2019年12月31日上报中国疾病预防控制信息系统的死亡病例资料1035例,从性别、年龄、疾病构成、死亡地点及户籍区域进行统计分析。数据运用Excel 2007和SPSS 19.0软件进行整理分析。结果1035例死亡病例中,男性病例663例,占64.06%。女性372例,占35.94%;死亡原因居前3位的疾病是肿瘤、循环系统疾病和呼吸系统疾病,分别占总死亡病例的35.27%、26.86%和14.98%;患者的死亡原因存在年龄差异和性别差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。住院患者死亡人数921例,占88.98%;门急诊死亡人数114例,占11.02%。本县区内死亡病例908例,占87.83%。结论死亡原因居首位的疾病是肿瘤,死亡原因的构成存在年龄差异和性别差异,社会和医疗机构应加强对重点人群的健康关注,积极控制和降低疾病的病死率。采取有效措施,积极防治肿瘤、循环系统疾病和呼吸系统疾病,有助于降低社会人群的病死率。

Objectives To analyze the death cases of outpatients and inpatients in a tertiary general hospital from 2017 to 2019,and grasp the disease characteristics of residents'death,so as to provide basis for rational allocation of medical resources and improvement of medical service quality.Methods From January 1st,2017 to December 31sts,2019,data of 1035 cases of death reported to the Chinese Disease Control and Prevention Information System were collected and analyzed statistically by gender,age,disease composition,death place and household registration area.Data were analyzed by Excel 2007 and SPSS 19.0 software.Results Among the 1035 deaths,663 were male,accounting for 64.06%.372 cases were female,accounting for 35.94%;The top three causes of death were cancer,circulatory system diseases and respiratory system diseases,accounting for 35.27%,26.86%and 14.98%of the total deaths respectively.There were differences in age and sex in the causes of death of patients,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).921 inpatients died,accounting for 88.98%;The number of outpatient and emergency deaths was 114,accounting for 11.02%.In this county,908 cases died,accounting for 87.83%.Conclusions Tumor was the leading cause of death,and there were age and gender differences in the composition of the causes of death.The society and medical institutions should pay more attention to the health of key groups,and actively control and reduce the fatality rate of diseases.Taking effective measures to actively prevent and treat tumor,circulatory system diseases and respiratory system diseases would help to reduce the mortality rate of social population.
