摘要 区块链技术的发展为电子病历的推广利用提供了技术支持.从电子病历使用的现状、区块链技术在电子病历中运用的思路及优势等方面,对电子病历从传统的单一查询利用模式,向数据安全采集分析模式转变进行可行性分析,是区块链在电子病历中实践应用的基础.在现有电子病历模型的基础上,结合区块链技术公开、不易篡改、去中心、非对称加密等特性,提出患者私有链,医疗机构私有链和社会公共链的三层区块链结构.该区块链结构为医疗数据安全和隐私存储提供保障,在降低医疗成本、提高医疗效率的优势下,最大限度的保证电子病历真实有效.在区块链技术应用的基础上,患者可以自主定制电子病历的访问权限,真正参与到自身健康记录的共享中. The development of blockchain technology provides technical support for the promotion and utilization of electronic medical records.This article analyzes the feasibility of electronic medical records from the traditional single query and utilization mode to the data security collection and analysis mode from the current situation of the use of electronic medical records,the ideas and advantages of blockchain technology in the use of electronic medical records,and the future The practical application of the research was explored.On the basis of the existing electronic medical record model,combined with the characteristics of blockchain technology,such as openness,resistance to tampering,decentralization,and asymmetric encryption,a three—tier blockchain structure of patient private chain,medical institution private chain and social public chain is proposed.The blockchain structure provides guarantees for the security and privacy of medical data storage.With the advantages of reducing medical costs and improving medical efficiency,the electronic medical records are guaranteed to be true and effective to the greatest extent.Based on the application of blockchain technology,patients can independently customize the access rights of electronic medical records and truly participate in the sharing of their own health records.
