护理结局分类在慢性肾脏病住院患者中的应用

Application of Nursing Outcome Classification in Inpatients with Chronic Kidney Disease

目的采用护理结局分类应用于慢性肾脏疾病住院患者,与国际护理结局分类比较,以期规范临床护理措施及效果提供依据.方法采用德尔菲专家咨询法,2020年12月1日-2020年12月31日在北京市护理专家库中随机选择15名护理专家对某三甲医院2018年1月1日-2020年11月30日慢性肾病住院患者415份护理记录归纳出前10想结局分类的适用性进行两轮分析评测.对于评测结果进行分析、整理.结果第一轮专家咨询结果Cr=0.84,Cv=0.21,W=0.285,第二轮专家咨询结果Cr=0.93,Cv=0.15,W=0.228;两轮专家适用性协调系数卡方检验P=0.000,具有统计学意义.在顺位前10项护理结局中,共计164项评价指标,两轮专家咨询评价后,适用指标为145项,适用率88.41%.结论国际护理结局进行本土化后,可以作为慢性肾脏疾病住院患者标准化护理语言,有助于规范护理措施.

Objective Nursing outcome classification was applied to inpatients with chronic kidney disease,and compared with international nursing outcome classification,in order to provide basis for standardizing clinical nursing measures and effects.Methods Using Delphi expert consultation method,15 nursing experts were randomly selected from Beijing nursing expert database from December 1,2020 to December 31,2020.415 nursing records of chronic kidney disease inpatients in a third-class hospital from January 1,2018 to November 30,2020 were analyzed and evaluated for two rounds.Analyze and sort out the evaluation results.Results The results of the first round of expert consultation Cr=0.84,Cv=0.21,W=0.285,the results of the second round of expert consultation Cr=0.93,Cv=0.15,W=0.228;two rounds of expert applicability coordination coefficient Chi-square test P=0.000,which is statistically significant.Among the top 10 nursing outcomes,there were a total of 164 evaluation indicators.after two rounds of expert consultation and evaluation,the applicable indicators were 145,with an application rate of 88.41%.Conclusion After the localization of international nursing outcome,it can be used as a standardized nursing language for inpatients with chronic kidney disease,which is helpful to standardize nursing measures.
