某医院青年人才临床诊疗工作量的分析研究

Analysis and Study on the Workload of Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Young Talents in a Hospital

目的通过分析某院获得院内青年人才项目的临床医师的临床诊疗工作量数据情况,为完善医院青年人才培养路径提供参考。方法选取某医院2018年-2020年期间,获得院内青年人才的临床医师196名,其中青年科研人才96名,青年临床人才100名;分析其职称、科室等基本情况以及在获评年度的门诊量、住院量、手术量等诊疗工作情况。结果青年人才中来自重点学科的比例较高,占比47.4%;青年临床人才年均门诊量、住院量、手术量分别为1796人次、289人次、79人次,均高于青年科研人才,重点学科中级职称青年人才的手术量低于同职称传统外科青年人才。结论医院的青年人才项目成效显著,但应进一步分析重点学科中级职称青年人才的手术操作情况;临床和科研工作密不可分,应促进青年人才临床科研能力同步提升,同时要根据临床人才和科研人才之间、重点学科和非重点学科之间各自的特色和差异,实行差异化、精细化人才培养。

Objective Through the analysis of the clinical diagnosis and treatment workload data of clinicians who have obtained the project of young talents in a hospital,in order to provide reference for improving the training path of young talents in the hospital.Methods 196 clinicians with young talents were selected from a hospital from 2018 to 2020,including 96 young scientific research talents and 100 young clinical talents.The basic situation of their professional titles and departments,as well as the number of outpatients,hospitalizations and operations in the evaluated year were analyzed.Results The proportion of young talents from key disciplines is relatively high,accounting for 47.4%.The average annual number of outpatients,hospitalizations and operations of young clinical talents are 1796,289 and 79 respectively,which are higher than those of young scientific research talents.the amount of surgery of young talents with intermediate professional titles in key disciplines is lower than that of traditional surgical young talents with the same title.Conclusion The project of young talents in the hospital has achieved remarkable results,but the surgical operation of young talents with intermediate professional titles in key disciplines should be further analyzed;clinical and scientific research work are inseparable,and the clinical scientific research ability of young talents should be promoted synchronously;at the same time,differentiated and refined personnel training should be carried out according to the respective characteristics and differences between clinical talents and scientific research talents,and between key disciplines and non-key disciplines.
