某省国际疾病分类培训继续教育工作思考

Thoughts on Continuing Education of International Classification of Diseases in a Province

公立医院绩效考核、DRG-PPS、DIP、临床路径管理、单病种管理等,现阶段医院管理中的众多内容都与国际疾病分类息息相关,同时也对编码的正确性和准确性提出更高的要求。本文基于某省多年的ICD培训教育工作经验,思考其ICD培训工作的不足,发现ICD培训工作中存在着培训指导用书和标准教材的缺乏、专业指导老师的匮乏、培训缺少层次性等问题。可通过推进培训教育渠道多样化、完善培训教材、引入竞争机制,提高师资水平、建立不同需求下的ICD培训模式等途径来进一步完善某省国际疾病编码培训工作,逐步提高某省编码水平,从而进一步加强某省病案管理水平。

Many contents in hospital management are closely related to the international disease classification at present,such as public hospital performance assessment,DRG-PPS,DIP,clinical path management,single disease management,etc.All put forward higher requirements on the correctness and accuracy of the coding.This article thinks about the shortcomings of its ICD training based on years of experience in a certain province.It is found that there are problems and deficiencies in the ICD training work,such as the lack of training instruction books and standard teaching materials,the lack of professional instructors,and the lack of hierarchy and other problems and shortcomings based on the actual work summary.It can further improve the province’s ICD training work by promoting the diversification of training and education channels,improving training materials,introducing competition mechanisms,improving the level of teachers,and establishing ICD training models under different needs so that it can further strengthen the level of medical record management in the province.
