The Teacher’s Standpoints of Classroom Observation and Discussion

摘要 观课议课是改进课堂教学、促进教师专业发展的研修活动。为追求有实效的教研活动,观课议课提出了基于教师、回到教师、关怀教师、帮助教师、发展教师、成就教师的教师立场和方法,探索以学论教的具体策略与方案,实践了从现场到问题的案例研究、从问题到现场的行动研究的研究路径。观课议课的理论和实践已经产生了积极而广泛的影响。
