摘要
白细胞介素-17(interleukin-17,IL-17)家族细胞因子在炎症反应、自身免疫性疾病和宿主防御细胞外病原体方面起关键作用。其中代表性成员IL-17A已被证明在多种自身免疫性疾病中发挥重要作用,靶向IL-17A的单克隆抗体在银屑病、强直性脊柱炎等自身免疫性疾病的治疗中疗效显著。而IL-17C作为与IL-17A仅有23%同源性的家族成员,来源、结合受体、作用方式均有所不同,近年来研究发现,IL-17C在一些自身免疫性疾病早期上调,并参与这些疾病的先天免疫或适应性免疫机制。本文就IL-17C的生物学特性及其在自身免疫性疾病中的研究现状作一综述。
Interleukin-17(IL-17)family cytokines play a key role in inflammatory responses,autoimmune diseases,and host defenses against extracellular pathogens.The representative member IL-17A has been shown to play an important role in a variety of autoimmune diseases.Monoclonal antibodies targeting IL-17A have excellent curative effects on autoimmune diseases such as psoriasis and rheumatoid arthritis.IL-17C,as a family member with only 23%homology to IL-17A,has different sources,binding receptors,and modes of action.In recent years,studies have found that IL-17C is up-regulated in some autoimmune diseases at an early stage and participates in the innate or adaptive immune mechanisms of these diseases.This article reviews the biological characteristics of IL-17 C and its research status in autoimmune diseases.
