摘要
人才建设是图书馆运行管理中的重要环节。“轮岗制”与“导师制”是目前高校图书馆馆员培育体系中的重要一环,但是该培育体系对参培人员带来的实际影响却鲜有研究关注。以山东大学图书馆全岗位馆员培育体系为例,从12名参培馆员的视角对培训效果展开质性研究。通过开展系统的访谈,分析该体系对他们产生的影响。通过NVivo软件辅助进行质性文本分析,研究结果显示,双制并行下的全岗位培育体系能够帮助参培馆员在身份认同、业务能力和个人能力三个维度上获得显著提升,这一结果符合高校图书馆的培训需求,对未来进一步推进双制并行的馆员培育体系提供了支撑。
Talent construction is an important link in library operation and management.This article takes the full-post librarian training system under the job rotating system and tutorial system conducted by Shandong University Library as an example,and evaluates the training effect from the perspective of the participating librarian in order to explore a set of effective university library training effect evaluation mode.In order to achieve this goal,this article conducts qualitative interviews with all 12 participating librarians to understand the impact of the training on themselves.The qualitative text analysis is assisted by NVivo software.The research results show that the participating librarians have achieved significant improvement in the three dimensions of“identity”,“business ability”and“personal ability”.Therefore,this article believes that,on the one hand,the full-post training system under the dual system conducted by the Shandong University Library meets the training requirements of the institution and the training needs of librarians,and on the other hand,the training effect evaluation system based on qualitative interviews can make accurate judgments on the effectiveness of the training system.
