This paper first analyzes the background of the emergence of subject librarian 3.0,then probes into the connotation of subject librarian 3.0,and finally discusses the construction of its service system based on users"needs.Subject Librarian 3.0 is produced under the background of the era of the rise of new scientific research paradigms,changes in the scientific research information environment,interdisciplinary and technological integration,and original innovation and core technology research.Subject Librarian 3.0 is a new generation of subject librarians whose main feature is data-driven,based on multi-source data,and relying on the application of big data technology.The service system of subject librarian 3.0 mainly consists of panoramic data intelligence service of subject field,background data intelligence service of scientific research institutions,scientific data management and data intelligence service,and data literacy education and training service.Subject librarian 3.0 will provide transformation ideas for libraries to adapt to changes in user needs in the era of big data,and provide a new path for sustainable development of subject services.
