对垂体大腺瘤患者使用伽玛刀进行治疗的效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析对垂体大腺瘤患者使用伽玛刀进行治疗的效果。方法:将2013年6月至2017年12月期间上海长海医院收治的130例垂体大腺瘤患者作为研究对象。对这130例患者均使用伽玛刀进行治疗。然后,分析这130例患者肿瘤控制的情况及并发症的发生情况。结果:这130例患者治疗的总有效率为96.9%(126/130)。在接受1次伽玛刀治疗和接受2次及2次以上伽玛刀治疗的患者中,肿瘤基本消失及肿瘤体积明显缩小患者的占比、肿瘤处于静息期患者的占比及肿瘤增大患者的占比相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在这130例患者中,治疗后出现垂体出血的患者有3例、因垂体功能低下需服用激素进行替代治疗的患者有8例、出现低钠血症的患者有1例。结论:对垂体大腺瘤患者使用伽玛刀进行治疗的效果确切,可有效地控制其病情。 Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of gamma knife on patients with large pituitary adenoma.Methods:A total of 130 patients with large pituitary adenoma admitted to Shanghai Changhai Hospital from June 2013 to December 2017 were selected as subjects.All of the 130 patients were treated with gamma knife.Then,the 130 patients were analyzed for tumor control and the occurrence of complications.Results:The total response rate of these 130 patients was 96.9%(126/130).There was no statistical significance in the proportion of patients whose tumor basically disappeared and tumor volume decreased significantly,the proportion of patients whose tumor was in resting stage and the proportion of patients with tumor enlargement among the patients who received one gamma knife treatment and two or more gamma knife treatments(P>0.05).Among the 130 patients,3 patients developed pituitary hemorrhage after treatment,8 patients needed hormone replacement therapy due to hypo pituitary function,and 1 patient developed hyponatraemia.Conclusion:Gamma knife is effective in treating large pituitary adenoma and can effectively control the disease.
